Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us by email or WhatsApp and our customer service will be happy to assist you and resolve your issues. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us will not be accepted without first requesting a return.

In the event that the company has sent an incorrect item, we will gladly answer the return shipping charge. In the event that the customer has changed their mind and wants to return the item, the return shipping fee will be at their expense.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order at reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

EXCEPTIONS / UNRETURNED ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, outlet items, or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will automatically be refunded. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
