Where are they located?

Our headquarters are located at Lázaro Cárdenas 1007 Residencial Santa Barbara, 66266 San Pedro Garza García Nuevo León, Mexico, however we have shipments throughout Mexico.

What are your payment methods?

We currently have payment through PayPal and Mercado Pago through which you can pay with a debit or credit card (Mastercard, American Express, VISA), cash payment through participating stores such as Oxxo, Seven Eleven, among others, or deposit or bank transfer.

Do you have points of sale?

Currently we do not have points of sale, however we have 2 logistics centers located in Mexico and Nuevo León from where our shipments are made.

Our points of sale are under construction.

Shipping times?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3 to 7 business days for Mexico. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Feel free to email us to check the status of your order.

Keep in mind that we receive a considerable number of orders every day, which is why we are working on our internal processes to improve our logistics and provide you with the best possible service. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems and we will be happy to solve them.

Refund and replacement policy?

If you received a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us immediately for a solution. In the event that Giggling has made a mistake we will be happy to replace the item for you, or provide a partial refund, you will only have to return the pristine item.

In the event that the company has sent an incorrect item, we will gladly answer the return shipping charge. In the event that the customer has changed their mind and wants to return the item, the return shipping fee will be at their expense.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost on certain products if you meet the following criteria:

  • After 10 business days without movement

Note: Giggling will not be responsible for any lost or diverted packages. Please make sure all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid loss in the mail or other mishaps.

Cancellations?

After placing an order. You can request a cancellation before 1:00 pm CENTRAL TIME on the same day. Otherwise, you must wait until the package arrives at your shipping address. Be sure to read our descriptions and processing times carefully.

International deliveries?

  • At this time we only ship to Mexico.
  • We are currently working on international shipping.
